I have the privilege of teaching our beautiful future generation leaders. With this assignment, I choose a line leader and a door holder weekly. When the class is ready to transition to ancillary, lunch, or restroom break, I speak the leader's name, and then I speak three words to them; Take Your Place! When these words escape my lips, I feel stronger and in a position where I am taking my place. I feel stronger, and I notice the chosen leaders hold their heads up a bit higher, they have a stride in their step, and they stand a little taller. Here's the thing, it does not matter who the leader is for the week. Each time those words are spoken to the chosen leaders, it is the same reaction. Friends, it's time to Take Your Place!
What has God called you to do and pursue, and you are not, have not, and perhaps are scared to Take Your Place?
It's in His Word, we as Christians have the power and victory of the Holy Spirit to do just what God called us to do if we have faith to believe.
I am a teacher, I left my job after twelve years and pursued what God called me to do, and I have no regrets. I am a living witness that I have taken my place and will continue to Take My Place in whatever else my God calls me to do.
Charles Stanley has a famous quote he always says, " Be obedient to God and leave all the consequences to him." I love that, and it helps me step out on faith even more. What about you?
Perhaps you are not familiar with the God I serve, and you want to know more about Him. If you are ready to possess the power that comes with His salvation over your life, are prepared and willing, you can be saved today.
It's quite simple, read these words, open your heart to receive Him, start your new life transformed and allow Him to dwell in you:
Lord, I want to know you more in-depth and more intimately. I believe your son, Jesus came on this earth, lived and died for me, I believe in my heart you restored His life on the third day, and I am asking you to transform, repair, and change my life to live for you. I am yours Lord, please forgive me for my sins, and teach me day by day to live a life pleasing and glorifying to you, in Jesus' name, amen.
Congratulations! You are now a daughter or son of the almighty king.
(Read in the bible Romans 3:10-12, Romans 3:23, Romans 5:8, Romans 6:23 and Romans 10:9-13)
It's your turn friend, TAKE YOUR PLACE!
Romans 15:13 AMP
13 May, the God of hope fills you with all joy and peace in believing (through the experience of your faith) that by the power of the Holy Spirit, you will abound in hope and overflow with confidence in His promises.
Ephesians 1:19-20 NLT
19 I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God's power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power
20 that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God's right hand in the heavenly realms.
Living in, on, and for purpose, are you?
